Our products are trusted by customers nationwide, supported by strong repeat sales, five-star reviews, and a loyal base of retail partners.
We are expanding our wholesale presence and are actively seeking motivated, independent commission-based sales representatives to introduce our product line to retail stores, grow shops, garden centers, and regional distributors across the United States.
The Opportunity
This is a 1099 independent contractor role and not a W-2 position. Sales representatives earn commissions by opening new wholesale accounts and supporting repeat reorders from accounts they establish. There is no fixed schedule and no required daily activity. You control how, when, and where you sell, and your income is directly tied to your performance.
This opportunity is best suited for independent sales professionals who already understand commission-based work, prefer autonomy, and want to represent a consumable product line that retailers actually reorder.
What You’ll Be Representing
Pork Chop’s Flower Stack offers a focused line of specialty plant nutrition products including bloom fertilizers, soil amendments, worm castings, and liquid microbial teas. All products are retail-ready, easy to explain, and designed for repeat purchases. Pricing is structured to allow strong retail margins while remaining competitive for store owners.
Training materials, wholesale pricing sheets, and product education are provided so you can confidently present the brand and close new accounts.
Compensation Structure
This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings. Representatives earn competitive commissions on approved wholesale orders, including both new account opening orders and ongoing reorders from accounts they establish. As performance grows, additional opportunities may become available.
Specific commission percentages, payment timing, and territory details are discussed during onboarding.
What We Handle
We provide wholesale pricing sheets, marketing and educational materials, and direct manufacturer fulfillment. There is no inventory for you to carry, no shipping to manage, and no upfront cost to represent the brand. Our team handles production, fulfillment, and customer support so you can focus exclusively on sales and relationship building.
Your Role
As an independent representative, you will identify and contact potential wholesale accounts, present product information professionally and accurately, open new accounts using approved pricing and terms, and maintain ethical, transparent sales practices. You will also communicate periodically with our team regarding account status and reorder activity.
Who We’re Looking For
Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. What matters most is professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently without supervision. Existing relationships with grow shops, garden centers, or specialty retail buyers are a strong advantage but not mandatory.
This role is ideal for individuals who already understand commission-based compensation and are comfortable earning based on performance.
